Gary joined Armstrong in 2005 and has since been directly involved in the preparation of construction plans, construction safety and phasing plans, quantities take-offs, planning documents, ALP sets, conceptual 3D airport layouts, capital improvement program drawings (CIP), grant application sketches, and survey request drawings documents. He has worked on approximately 25 ALP and Master Plan projects, and has collaborated on the drawings of most of the airports that we serve.

Gary is a grill master that loves to go fishing and spend time with his friends and son.
