Judd Hill joined the Armstrong team as our Utah State Program Manager.

Prior to joining the Armstrong team, Judd most recently served as Airport Director at Canyonlands Field in Moab, UT where he oversaw a major transformation that resulted in an ARC upgrade of Runway 3/21, commencement of scheduled jet service and a terminal building expansion and remodel. In 2018, he was awarded Airport Manager of the Year by the Utah Department of Transportation Aeronautics Division and in 2016, was awarded a Top 40 Under 40 in the US by Airport Business Magazine. Judd is an active member of the aviation industry as a Certified Member (CM) of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and an active member of the Utah Airport Operators Association (UAOA). Judd is also an active private pilot.
