Matt Tomasson serves as an Airport Planning Project Manager in Armstrong’s Phoenix office and is currently involved in a variety of airport planning and environmental projects ranging from Airport Master Plan updates to environmental assessments for airport development projects. He has many years of experience and education specializing in aviation planning and management, environmental, and airport operations. His duties as an Armstrong Airport Planner include data compilation, technical writing and analysis, coordination of planning documents, and overall planning support to the project manager. Along with his range of airport and aviation knowledge and experience, Matt is also an FAA-licensed private pilot.
