Armstrong has also been instrumental in assisting the City in completing our daily tasks of budgeting, planning and communicating with WYDOT. The City of Lander has no hesitation in contracting additional services to meet our future General Aviation airport needs. We have found our project team to be great communicators that assisted our leadership and pilot community through the regulatory requirements of FAA and WYDOT Aeronautics to complete a successful runway reconstruction.
