Tom is a Senior Engineer and Municipal Liaison with Armstrong and is located in our Arizona office. Tom joined the firm in 2016 and brings over 45 years of public and private civil engineering and project/city planning experience. He served as the Public Works Director and City Engineer for a city and town for nearly ten years in Arizona. During his career he had the opportunity to work as a private consultant and managed the design of major municipal and land development projects in over 45 cities and towns in Arizona.  Outside of working hours, Tom spends most of his time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
