With his experience as the Airport Director at Canyonlands Field in Moab, Utah, where he oversaw years of airport growth, resulting in an ARC upgrade, the start of scheduled jet service, and a terminal building expansion, Judd will be a valuable resource to AIA as you continue down the path of growth. Kem Moen, A.A.E., C.A.E., is involved with providing existing airport clients with the benefit of his 44 years of aviation and airport management experience, while working to develop new clients for the recently established Reno, Nevada office. Mr. Moen has experience in all spheres of airport operations, airport security and airport administration. Responsibilities include FAA regulatory compliance and sponsor assurances, airport budgets, business development, tenant relationships, management of airport construction projects, airport contracts, use permits and leases. Mr. Moen has demonstrated success in airport development and improvement, administration of FAA AIP Grant program, project management, enhancing airport revenues and business development, improving operational safety and establishing positive airport / community relations.
